This story in human history goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden when Adam took the fruit. Gain By Giving -
Pillar of Providing - 6 Day Man
Giving is Providing!
Because you are an heir, an adopted son, you experience heaven on earth, that’s what the Bible teaches. To be born again, is to experience God’s presence, just as Adam and Eve experienced before the fall of man.
The Bible teaches that giving is a way to show love, put faith in God, and establish God's Kingdom on Earth.
Luke 11:13 says this - “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”
Man is giving or providing earthly gifts, while God is Providing heavenly gifts - Giving born again Christians the most holy and sacred gift of all - His Spirit.
Some biblical principles of giving include:
Giving and receiving: Luke 6:38 says, "Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over will be poured into your lap". This means that giving generously results in blessings for both the giver and the recipient.
Sincere motivation: 2 Corinthians 9:7 emphasizes the value of sincere motivation and cheerful giving.
Giving in secret: Matthew 6:1-4 states that giving should be done in secret, not for show.
Giving from the heart: Biblical giving is heart-centered.
Giving with faith: The more we give, the stronger our faith will become.
Giving with a pure heart: Believers who give from a pure heart enjoy genuine abundance.
